35-year-old Shant Michael Soghomonian, charged with starting a fire at Sen. Bernie Sanders' Vermont office, pleaded not guilty. Surveillance footage shows Soghomonian throwing a liquid at the office's door and igniting it on April 5. Sen. Sanders was not in the office at the time of the incident, and seven employees were able to escape unharmed. The building sustained interior damage from the fire and water sprinklers. Soghomonian has been in custody since his arrest on April 7.
