Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has successfully performed the first robotic kidney transplant in Qatar for a 70-year-old patient suffering from chronic kidney failure. The procedure, conducted at Hamad General Hospital, was led by a specialized team in robotic surgery and organ transplantation under the direction of Dr. Abdullah Al Ansari. The team included Dr. Omar Abu Marzouq and Dr. Omar Ali.
