29-year-old Jakob Paul Newberry of Bettendorf, Iowa was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison for child pornography and gun charges. Newberry was found guilty of receiving and distributing child pornography and being an unlawful drug user in possession of a firearm. The charges stemmed from tips received by the Scott County Sheriff's Office indicating Newberry had shared child sexual abuse material from an iCloud and a Kik account.
