5-year-old injured by car in DeKalb County: A 5-year-old child suffered life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car in DeKalb County on Tuesday evening. The incident occurred at the Highlands at East Atlanta, located in the 2000 block of Flat Shoals Road. The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with authorities.
