Emirates Airlines received praise for their exceptional customer service after a 15-year-old girl, travelling alone from Casablanca to Chennai, missed her connecting flight in Dubai. Her father, Manish Kalghatgi from Puducherry, was worried due to Emirates' past issues with weather disruptions in Dubai. However, the airline took good care of the girl, even calling her father at 4am to update him.
