25-year-old Anfernee Durham of Lufkin, Texas, has been arrested and charged with capital murder for the death of his 4-month-old son, Kylo Powell, in October 2023. The child's death was ruled a homicide caused by blunt force trauma to the head and torso by a Harris County medical examiner. Durham's bond has been set at $1 million.
