China's used vehicle sales increased by 7.62% in the first quarter (Q1) of 2023, with 4.6 million vehicles traded and a total transaction value of 313.96 billion yuan (approx. 44.18 billion USD). In March, used vehicle sales rose by 9.12% year-on-year and 42.33% month-on-month, with 1.71 million vehicles traded and a total transaction value of 118.04 billion yuan.
