Syra Health Corp., a healthcare tech company, has been chosen by the City of Portland, Maine to develop a health equity accelerator plan targeting social determinants of health in the Greater Portland community. The plan aims to improve chronic disease outcomes for those experiencing health disparities and inequities. This project marks Syra Health's 19th state with active contracts and will serve as a model for other communities.
