Scottish Green co-leader Patrick Harvie threatens to quit role.

Scottish Green co-leader and minister Patrick Harvie has confirmed he will quit his role if party members vote to leave the Bute House Agreement, though he dismissed a no confidence motion in him at Holyrood as "sordid political game-playing". Harvie shared the "distress" of party members over the Scottish Government's dropping of its 2030 climate target and last week's decision to pause prescription of puberty blockers at Scotland's only gender clinic. However, he argued that leaving the powersharing deal with the SNP would be a "mistake".
