Gosling blames the film's box office performance against 'Angry Birds' for its lack of a sequel. The film, which earned $11.2 million on opening weekend, failed to match the earnings of 'Angry Birds' ($38 million) and 'Captain America: Civil War' ($32.9 million) at the time of its release.
