437 people are waiting for hospital beds in Ireland today, according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation (INMO). University Hospital Limerick has the highest overcrowding with 82 patients on trolleys, followed by 41 at Galway University Hospital and 38 at Cork University Hospital. This is a decrease of 91 from the previous week, when 528 people were on trolleys on 17 April.
