NWC joins 'My Voice, My Choice' EU initiative to gather one million signatures for improved abortion access.
The National Women's Council (NWC) joins a European Citizens Initiative, 'My Voice, My Choice', aiming to gather one million signatures in support of improved abortion access across the EU. The campaign is in response to over 20 million women in Europe currently without access to abortion services. NWC director Orla O'Connor calls for the implementation of recommendations from the Independent Abortion Review without delay.
