Malayalam film Manjummel Boys' producers face legal charges for allegedly failing to honor a profit-sharing agreement with an investor. Siraj Valiyathara Hameed accused the film's producers, Parava Films, and its partner, Shawn Antony, of not providing the agreed 40% profit share. The producers' bank accounts were frozen, and they are booked under several sections of the Indian Penal Code, including criminal conspiracy, criminal breach of trust, and cheating.
