Invesco India and officials settled a SEBI case for ₹4.98 crore over non-segregation and lack of "Chinese wall" in 2021 activities.

Invesco Asset Management India and five of its officials settled a case with SEBI, India's capital market regulator, for ₹4.98 crore. SEBI found non-segregation between mutual fund and portfolio management services activities, and a lack of a "Chinese wall" between them in 2021. The six entities filed settlement applications in October 2023, agreeing to settle the pending proceedings without admitting or denying the findings of fact and conclusions of law.
