Glasgow-born Sikh artist Jasleen Kaur nominated for Turner Prize, exhibiting at Tate Britain from 25 Sept, winner announced 3 Dec.

Glasgow-born artist Jasleen Kaur, whose works reflect her life growing up in Scotland's Sikh community, is among the nominees for this year's Turner Prize. Kaur, now based in London, is shortlisted alongside Pio Abad, Claudette Johnson and Delaine Le Bas. The artists' works will be exhibited at London's Tate Britain gallery from 25 September. The winner will be announced on 3 December, receiving £25,000.
