Couple accused of animal hoarding in Las Vegas receive 2.5-year suspended sentence, house arrest, fines, and counseling.
Couple Carolyn Luke and Timothy Miller, accused of animal hoarding in Las Vegas, were given a two-and-a-half-year suspended jail sentence with credit for 27 days served. They will be released on house arrest under GPS monitoring. The pair were fined $305 for each of the five counts and must undergo 12 counseling sessions. The decision came after police discovered dozens of living and deceased animals inside and outside their homes.
