Authorities have found two bodies in U.S. waters near the Saanich Peninsula, where two Canadian kayakers went missing. The San Juan County Sheriff's Office has not confirmed the identities of the recovered individuals and will not speculate on their connection to the missing kayakers, out of respect for the families. The coroner service is currently handling the cases and no definitive link has been established.
