Blank restaurant in Belfast, known for no-menu fine dining, will close on June 8 due to financial strain.

Belfast's Michelin Guide listed Blank restaurant will close due to financial strain, including rising costs of local produce and escalating labour costs. The south Belfast eatery, known for its no-menu fine dining concept, will serve its last customers on June 8. Owners Christina and Jonny Taylor, who also run Shed Bistro on Belfast's Ormeau Road, plan to open a new, cheaper venue in Blank's old location.
