56-year-old Southside ISD teacher Ernest Herrera, charged with improper relationship with a 13-year-old student at Losoya Middle School, was arrested and fired.
56-year-old Southside Independent School District teacher, Ernest Herrera, was arrested and charged with one count of improper relationship between educator and student in Texas. Herrera, who taught at Losoya Middle School, admitted to having a physical relationship with a 13-year-old student and was subsequently fired from his position. He is being held in Bexar County Jail on a $75,000 bond.
