60-year-old Somerville man, Jose Mendez, charged with 2 counts of indecent assault and battery, indecent exposure, and operating without a license as an unlicensed chiropractor. Mendez allegedly assaulted two women during chiropractic treatments at his home-based business. He was ordered to be held on a $5,500 bail, stay away from alleged victims, and stop operating as a chiropractor. The investigation into the extent of his unlicensed practice is ongoing.
