Niagara Falls police officer Martice D. Porter, 21, was charged with three counts of third-degree rape by Niagara County Sheriff's Office investigators in connection with three separate incidents in the Town of Niagara. Porter is currently held at the Niagara County jail pending centralized arraignment. The investigation began after a report of a sex offense involving a juvenile victim.
