44-year-old Jesse Pierce of Napoleon, ND was charged with DUI after his pickup rolled on Highway 1 near Hannaford, causing minor injuries to himself and his passenger, 54-year-old Tasha Courtade. The North Dakota Highway Patrol also charged Courtade with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were wearing seat belts and received medical attention in Cooperstown.
