25-year-old Jamestown man, Matthew E. Nuttall, is facing second-degree manslaughter charges after the death of a 16-month-old child was ruled as blunt force trauma. Nuttall was taken into custody on April 17, following an investigation into the suspicious death on April 13. He remains held in Chautauqua County Jail on $500,000 cash bail, awaiting further action by the grand jury.
