22-year-old Dean Hickson pleaded guilty to intimidating Kerry TD Michael Healy-Rae by throwing a bottle at and blocking him during a protest outside Leinster House on September 20th. The protest, with around 200 attendees, led to several arrests. Hickson, from Finglas, Dublin, has no prior criminal convictions and was remanded on continuing bail pending sentence as a victim impact statement is prepared.
