A second person, 63-year-old Cheryl Turner, has died after an intentional crash into a Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) office on April 12. The incident resulted in the death of 78-year-old Bobby Huff and left over a dozen others injured. The suspect, who was in a stolen 18-wheeler during a police pursuit, had his commercial driver's license renewal rejected from the DPS building the previous day.
