11-year-old Audrii Cunningham found dead, family friend Don Steven McDougal indicted for capital murder in Texas.
Don Steven McDougal, a family friend, was indicted by a Texas grand jury on two counts of capital murder in the death of 11-year-old Audrii Cunningham, who was reported missing and later found dead. McDougal is accused of causing her death by blunt force trauma to the head and during the commission or attempted commission of kidnapping. He was initially arrested on an unrelated aggravated assault charge.
