UBS downgraded the "Big Six" tech stocks (Apple, Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, Microsoft, and Nvidia) from Overweight to Neutral, citing "difficult comps and cyclical forces" weighing on these companies. The bank's research arm predicts that the EPS growth of these six stocks will decline to 15.5% by Q1 of 2025, from 42.2% in the same period this year. UBS believes other tech stocks will perform better, with EPS gains of nearly 26% by Q1 of 2025.
