Texas new home sales slightly increased in March, but the spring homebuying season is underperforming, according to the latest Texas New Home Sales Report released by HomesUSA.com. March new home sales in Dallas-Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio had a 3-month moving average of 5,393 sales, up from 5,180 in February. San Antonio saw the most significant increase, with 978 sales compared to 880 in February.
