Co-op becomes first retailer to switch to 100% British strawberries, available across 2,400 UK stores and online from 23 April. This move supports British growers and comes ahead of St George's Day, with the fruit grown in Kent, Norfolk, Lincolnshire, and Hereford. Co-op's fruit buyer, Elizabeth Orme, said the move reflects their commitment to back British agriculture.
