In a New Hampshire youth detention center abuse trial, the state's lawyer is questioning the credibility of plaintiff David Meehan, who alleges abuse at the Youth Development Center. Meehan's lawsuit was the first to go to trial, and since then, 11 former state workers have been arrested and over 1,100 former residents have filed lawsuits. The state argues it should not be held liable for the actions of "rogue" employees and that Meehan waited too long to come forward.
