1996 rapper Tupac Shakur's accused killer, Duane "Keffe D" Davis, awaits trial on Nov. 4.
Former Los Angeles-area gang leader Duane "Keffe D" Davis, accused of killing rapper Tupac Shakur in 1996, is set to face trial on November 4. Davis' defense attorney, Carl Arnold, claims his client's accounts of the killing are fiction and that prosecutors lack key evidence to secure a murder conviction. Davis has been jailed on a $750,000 bail since his arrest in September and has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.
