Pennsylvania state representative Kevin Boyle's arrest warrant for allegedly violating a protective order has been withdrawn by prosecutors as it was discovered there was no active protective order in place. District Attorney Larry Krasner stated that a detective had sought the warrant based on information with a "piece missing." Boyle's committee chairmanship and Capitol access privileges were previously suspended in February following a video of him appearing intoxicated.
