NCAA's Division I executive board ratified new transfer rules, allowing athletes to transfer multiple times and still be immediately eligible if academically eligible and meeting degree requirements. The new rules also permit schools to identify name, image, and likeness (NIL) opportunities and facilitate deals between athletes and third parties, with athletes not obligated to accept assistance. These changes take effect immediately.
