2 men charged in 16-year-old NJ cold case murder: state authorities reopened a 2008 homicide investigation, leading to the arrest of Breyon Goodman, 36, and Jason Howard, 41, in connection with the death of cook Leroy Julious in Ewing Township. Julious was found lifeless in a gravel lot with turned-inside-out pockets, and an investigation suggested he may have been a robbery target. The case was reopened after a tip received in March 2023.
