Taiwan has experienced a series of earthquakes, with the strongest measuring 6.1 magnitude, following a devastating 7.4 earthquake earlier this month that killed 13 people and injured over 1,000. The latest earthquakes, occurring late on Monday and early on Tuesday, shook the island republic but caused no reported casualties or major damage. The epicenter of the strongest quake was located 28 kilometers south of Hualien City, and hundreds of aftershocks have been reported.
