Kroger agrees to pay $47.5M to Washington State for opioid crisis litigation.

Kroger, the parent company of Fred Meyer, has agreed to pay $47.5 million to Washington State to combat the fentanyl crisis. The funds will be distributed to the state, cities, and counties to address opioid addiction and prevention programs.
