Katrina Baur, mother of missing child Elijah Vue, has requested her $15,000 cash bond be changed to a personal recognizance bond (signature bond) in Manitowoc County Court. Baur and her boyfriend, Jesse Vang, are charged with chronic child neglect and have pleaded not guilty. Elijah Vue was reported missing on February 20, and extensive searches have not found him. A motions hearing is scheduled for April 30.
