Former GB News chairman Andrew Neil urges Ofcom to address politician hosting TV programs.
Andrew Neil, former founding chairman of GB News, has urged media regulator Ofcom to "grow a backbone" over the issue of politicians hosting TV programmes. Neil, who was also a presenter on the channel before his resignation, said he would never have allowed politicians to present political programmes or interview each other. The Lords Communications and Digital Committee is currently investigating the future of news.
