Former Fargo Public Schools athletic trainer and teacher, Levi Warren Theodore Tande, has been sentenced to three years in prison for sexually assaulting a high school student who sought treatment for an injury. Cass County Judge Steven McCullough handed down the punishment on April 22. Tande initially denied wrongdoing but later pleaded guilty. The student recorded part of the assault on video, according to court documents.
