Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev claims his country's economy is self-sufficient and able to showcase sustainable growth even during crises. He mentioned this at the international forum "COP29 and Green Vision for Azerbaijan" organized by ADA University. Aliyev also highlighted Azerbaijan's low foreign debt, currently below 8% of the country's GDP.
