Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov visits Azerbaijan from 24-25 April to strengthen cooperation in commercial-economic, cultural, and humanitarian fields. During the visit, a joint declaration and several agreements will be signed, and Japarov will hold bilateral talks with Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev. The Interstate Council meeting and foundation-laying ceremony for a secondary school in Khidirli village, Agdam are also planned.
