A woman and her pet dog died in a car crash involving a Transperth bus in Perth's northern suburb of Warwick. The woman's car, a Hyundai i30 hatchback, collided with the bus on Warwick Rd around 8am on Monday, causing the car to catch fire. The woman, 50, was treated for critical injuries at the scene and later died at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. Three dogs were in the car; one died in the crash, and two others were found by rangers after fleeing the scene.
