25-year-old NISA (Northern Initiative for Social Action), a peer support org for mental health, introduces a new strategic plan focusing on community engagement, service improvement, staff well-being, and sustainability. To mark its 25th anniversary, NISA welcomes two new managers with 60+ years' experience, aiming to maintain excellence in the peer support field and align with Ontario Health initiatives.
