19-year-old Lloyd Martin, with Down's syndrome, set a new record as the youngest person in his learning disability category to finish a marathon, completing the London Marathon with his mother Ceri Hooper by his side as his guide. Guinness World Records created the challenge specifically for him. Lloyd's mother described his accomplishment as "amazing" and in line with his dream.
