62-year-old physically challenged man Indrajit Pathak was murdered by his cousin Mahendra Nath Pathak (54) in Bharhki village, India. Mahendra attacked Indrajit with a wooden block while he was bathing, suspecting he was practicing occult rituals to kill him. Indrajit had allegedly performed 'tantra' on Mahendra's son 14 years ago, which led to the son's death. The case has been filed under sections 304, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, and Mahendra has been arrested.
