Supreme Court of India rejects PIL for immediate 3-year LLB after school, citing need for maturity and experience.

The court, led by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justice JB Pardiwala, disagreed with the idea that students need only 3 years of legal studies to enter the profession and implied a need for more maturity and experience.
