Nursing home operator Bartra OPCO (Northwood NH) Limited launches a High Court challenge against insufficient funding increase offered under the State's 'Fair Deal scheme'. The scheme provides funding to private nursing homes to cover costs of long-term resident care. Bartra OPCO claims the funding level agreed between the provider and National Treatment Purchase Fund (NTPF) is inadequate.
