Three men in Ottumwa, Southeast Iowa attempted to steal an ATM from Meridian Credit Union using a stolen truck and chains. The suspects, aged 23 to 32, were apprehended and now face charges of first-degree theft, possession of stolen property, and criminal mischief in the first degree, each a Class 'C' felony. One suspect, Rayvion Deon Reynolds-Flower, also faces a warrant for felony theft in Texas.
