Kyrgyzstan's President Sadyr Zhaparov ratified a law approving the joint Azerbaijani-Kyrgyz Development Fund's operations on Kyrgyz territory. The law aims to create ideal conditions for the fund's activities and ensures its facilities are inviolable. Fund staff and officials not from Kyrgyzstan will receive the same privileges and immunities as diplomatic representatives under international law.
