Kenya opens a window for Uganda's milk powder imports due to anticipated milk production drops in the coming months. As Kenya faces liquid milk production deficits during July-August and December-February, Kenya Dairy Authority is increasing milk powder importation permits from Uganda. However, Brookside Uganda, owned by Kenya's former first family, remains banned from benefiting from this window.
